A control record is a collection of settings to customize the your check style.



You may create multiple controls for each accounting software product you use. Alternatively, you can create a different control (style) for printing paychecks versus payable checks.


For instance, if you are using both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, you will need 1 control for each software product.


The Starter, Premium and Professional editions of MultiCHAX allows up to 2 controls, while the Ultimate edition allows for unlimited controls.
